Not only did they go above and beyond to help me with so many things that were not at all part of what they’re meant to do as realtors, but they brought kindness, joy and professionalism to my neighbourhood. They introduced themselves to the neighbours, informing them of what was going to be happening with open houses, etc. Needless to say, they were all suitably impressed with them. On open house days (of which there were fortunately only one or two), they made everyone feel welcome and provided a feast for folks to nibble on, and also provided flowers to various parts of my home. They left them for my tenants once the Open House was done for the day, such generosity and kindness! The sale of my house was not an easy one, but they persevered and dealt with many difficult situations, always finding a way to accommodate everyone.
